Quite a while ago, the number keys 5 and 6 on my laptop stopped working immediately after updating Windows.

It's obviously not a hardware issue. Occasionally, the problem goes away momentarily, but then it comes back. I get around it by using an external keyboard, but it defeats the purpose of having a laptop. If anyone knows a fix, please share.
