Quicken loads slowly only after starting/rebooting computer

After a recent update to Quicken Premier R38.22, I noticed a significant increase in the load time to get Quicken up and running. Seems the load time increase is only when starting Quicken for the first time after a system start or reboot. After this, Quicken loads quickly as it used to prior to the udpate.The update to Quicken occurred 1st/2nd of February, 2022. Have tried uninstall/reinstall but didn't make any noticeable improvements.Current Windows is Windows 11 Home Version 21H2 (15Nov21) OS build 22000.493.No new programs/apps were installed - Windows update history shows KB5008535 inst
