Questionmark Secure Browser must be opened from a .qmsb file or qmsb:URL

My windows11 24H2 can not open Questionmark Secure exe file. The error says [Questionmark Secure Browser must be opened from a .qmsb file or qmsb:URL]. But Questionmark says Windows11 can open the application. In registory, \HKEY_CLASSES_ROOT\.qmsb is created. Would somebody knows about this??
