Question: Will there be Windows 11 laptops available for no more than $399.99 plus sales tax for Christmas 2022? (September 19th, 2021)

$399.99 in March 2016 money when I got my Dell Inspiron 7558 on dell.com is $459.51 in August 2021 money. Despite inflation over time, I doubt I'll be needing a laptop over $399.99 plus tax and free shipping when Intel's 13th generation Raptor Lake processors come out on all the new Windows 11 PCs. The much stricter system requirements on Windows 11 over Windows 7, 8 and 10 might raise the bar for all PCs.
