Question: If I reset my PC this Saturday, should all my Sticky Notes sync without any problem? (January 30th, 2020)

I changed the primary alias on my personal Microsoft account today, removed the previous primary alias and one other alias since I got a lot of email I've never opened from well over two years ago, and added three new aliases to my personal Microsoft account. I absolutely must keep all my Sticky Notes in that app on my personal Microsoft account at all times. Speaking of which, that app needs new features and reliability improvements in time for the next two public builds of Windows 10. I'd very much love three more Sticky Note colors like red, orange, and brown to identify which notes are which better. I plan to do this every 26 weeks starting Feb. 1st, 2020.
