Q, ~, Esc, Tab and 1 Not working

[Windows 11]

i have Lenovo LOQ 16irh8 Laptop. recently my above mentioned keys stopped working. And yes i know that this is not an hardware issue, there is no faulty hardware, i tried alot of solution but none seems to work(uninstalling/updating keyboard drivers, PC Reset etc.) please Help!!-Thankyou
