PXE-E53 No boot filename received error

Win 10 (32) +Gigabyte older mainboard.After installing a new PCE ethernet card I get a screen for DHCP...which lasts for 3-4 minutes.From the config menu on the screen(ethernet card) I disable PCE boot;at the first boot everything is solved.But at the second boot PCE boot is automatically enabled.
