Purchasing incorrectly locked: "Incorrect Region"

Hello. My Microsoft account was incorrectly locked from purchasing in my region because the automatic system thinks I am in the wrong region. This was very upsetting to me. My funds are being held 'hostage' by Microsoft because of this. I suppose it was because I have English as preferred language? Can someone who lives in Brasil not speak English? This is very upsetting. I am tired of being punished for using Microsoft services. Could I please have some assistance? And, as I already said, I reside in Brasil. I do not know how this situation can be solved. Thank you.
