Purchased Windows 10 Pro to run inside a Virtual Machine on my Mac, the file was corrupted/deleted, but cannot reactivate the license

I purchased Windows 10 Pro to run inside a Virtual Machine on my MacBookPro in 2018, it was used to upgrade to Windows 11. I ran the virtual machine through the program Parallels for Mac until May 2024, but did not delete the file containing the Windows program as I no longer needed the program. Move forward to last week and my my new job requires some Windows only programs, at that time I reactivated my Parallels account and opened and ran my still good Windows 11 system with no issues, all my previous files were present, which was mostly machine settings as Windows thru Parallels sets File E
