Purchased two copies of Windows 11, Product Keys are missing. No email, does not show on Order History.

I purchased two product keys for Windows 11, one for myself and one for my boyfriend. I received no product key, nor did I get a confirmation email. My Order History does not show my Product Keys. So the two main ways I've been told that I would receive my keys are both false. How do I get my product key? My PCs are useless without my activation keys and I spent over 200 Dollars for the damn keys, I should get them on purchase.
