Purchased Msg Viewer Pro from the Microsoft but won't download

[Windows 11]

I purchased Msg Viewer Pro from the Microsoft store on Dec 15, 2023. I had a crash (Windows 11) and needed to re-download and reinstall. I tried that, found the link ($3.99) but it will not download. So I tried downloading to a different computer (Windows 10). I did that successfully but the app installed on that computer without an .exe file to copy over to the new computer. I don't want it for that computer but now I paid for an app twice that I cannot use on the new computer. The screenshot of the original purchase is below. This is very annoying.
