Purchased full Retail Pro of Windows 8.1, updated to 10. Now want to transfer license to new hardware

I bought the Full (retail) Pro version of Windows 8.1. I had it updated to 10 as part of the update program. The time has come for me to upgrade my hardware. I want to verify that I still have the rights to transfer this version, and how to do this. I have the original License Key ( for 8.1) and have been able to find the current key for Windows 10.

Please point to some instructions on how to carry this out. I am prepared to deactivate it on the old system before going to the new system.
