Purchased digital version of Windows 11 Home edition, but download failed immediately

I just purchased the digital version of Windows 11 Home from the Microsoft site, and when I clicked on the download link it immediately said there was a problem and now I can get back to the download page to retry. When I go to my orders on my account page I see the order, but there is now install/download link.
