Dear, I used email address *** Email address is removed for privacy *** to purchase 2 Windows 10/11 Pro upgrade licenses from my daily laptop (Lenovo IdeaPad5 Windows 11 Home). I logged into my work (HP Pavillion Windows 11 Home) laptop's Microsoft using the same email I made the purchase with and went to settings, chose to upgrade license and the update was successful. I then signed to a third laptop (DELL older model and I think it did not support upgrade through MS app store) however the update was not successful and I could not do it by generic key either, my *** Email address is removed for privacy *** account was logged into the Microsoft account.
