A genuine key officially from microsoft is at least ~$100 US and for Windows 11 Retail Copy it starts out now at $139. You can find keys on other websites called grey markets in the sub $50 range but these keys are OEM keys. Legally obtained OEM keys are given to system manufacturers to be shipped with the systems they make or are sold separately for the same or similar price to a retail key. Microsoft does not allow these kind of keys to be sold separately, The keys on these grey markets are stolen or illegally obtained and these are not genuine keys and are in fact equivalent to using a pira
