PUA security says PUA found, but does not show what it is or actions for it!

For about a month now, since the update for Windows back then, I have been getting a Potentially Unwanted Application found notification every time I start my computer and it boots into Windows 10. When I go to the Action Centre, it shows the notifications, but nothing seems to reveal what this PUA is or where it is.When I click start actions, it does not appear to do anything. In the protection history, nothing seems to be listed. Why?
