PROPBLEM microsoft and chrome

hello. i have a problem on my pc that ive been trying to fix for a week. and even came to a conclusion on reseting my pc deleting everything to fix it but it never works once my pc is booted after the reset the problem is still there and still wont be fix. microsoft edge keeps opening by it self after i deleted microsoft edge the problem it shifted into google it opens by itself not a new tab way. like it runs another chrome application. its just keep opening thats it ive been trying to fix this problem for a week now. help me fix this please =(eventually ive tried deleting every broswer
