Promblems with 2023-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031354)

After installing the 2023-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031354) update all of the settings on my laptop were reset to factory default and all of my files have been moved. Also all of the icons on my home screen were moved about as well. Is there any way to reverse this?
