Progres lost

Dear sir or madam,My mom used to play "Hidden City Hidden Object Adventure" & "Candy Crush Jelly Saga" from Microsoft store.After formatting the PC and logging in again to the Microsoft store the progress is not sync-ing again and she seems to have lost all progress.She even had made a few purcheses with her credit card. Is there any way to recover it?Thank you in advance!
