Programs crashing one by one until PC finally BSODs

[Windows 10]

Was using my computer like normal (playing games) and notice I was getting pop ups for background processes like Razer Synapse and Overwolf saying they were crashing due to a system error. A couple other programs would do this until my PC would blue screen. I ran SFC and it said there were files it could not repair. I ran DISM and it said to "Use the source option to specify location of files...". I am on Windows 10 and wondering if upgrade to Windows 11 could fix the issue. If not, what else can I do. I am not the most tech savvy person so try to explain in simple-ish terms, please.
