Program name for Windows Hello/Windows Hello for Business

I am looking for the name of Windows Hello/Windows Hello for a Business as a program, so that I can allow it for MFA challenges with a FIDO2 key through an isolated browser window. For example, from the Run command you can type 'regedit' to launch the Registry Editor. I am looking for that equivalent name for Windows Hello/Windows Hello for Business.
