Hi there everyone,This has been a most annoying problem for nearly 12 months, and it affected windows 10, and windows 11 after I upgraded.I will explain what was happening, and what program it turned out to be in the end, in my case.PROBLEMWindows on Shutdown displaying a message that a program is preventing shutdown. It would actually close down, but I would have to wait a few seconds, and then it would shut down shortly afterwards. It was called PROGRAM MANAGER and very annoying. What is this program? Who knows!
