Program Compatibility Assistant pop up error : A driver Cannot Load on This Device : Driver: ene.sys

i recently got a popup saying this:i dont understand why i got this but...after i turned off windows i got a forced update and had to install it, this may be why but i have no idea currently1. It made my desktop wallpaper black for some reason.2. I turned off Microsoft Vulnerable Driver Blocklist option in Device security.3. Memory Integrity is already offthe second option help me n it made the popup go away but my wallpaper keeps going back to black..any help would be great!
