My computer came with 8.1 and I purchased and downloaded Win 10 from Microsoft. However, that computer died and when I went to download Win 10 again I discovered that I only have a 20 digit code and I need a 25 digit code to activate Windows. Would someone be able to help me in resolving this? Thanks!
