Product Key Not Working

Hi!I recently purchased Office Home 2024 from Amazon. When I try to enter the product key I got via email I get an error that says "Some of these characters can't appear in the product key". What gives? It let me download Word and Excel, but I still can't do stuff like change my wallpaper.Thanks in advance for the help!
