product key is gone after updated window

My window product key was gone after updated latest version. I have try every method in help center but still cannot find the key to activate the window.some YouTuber suggest to download showkeyplus to see product key, but in my case no key shows .feel very disappointed on updated window. I try to fix this problem for a week. and still no solution.
