processor requirements

[Windows 10]

I am wondering why this Intel(R) Core(TM) i7-7700K CPU @ 4.20GHz, 4200 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Logical Processor(s) which I think meets or beats the minimum Microsoft's requirements for upgrading to windows 11. Microsoft says it needs to be 1 gigahertz (GHz) or faster with 2 or more cores on a compatible 64-bit processormy processor is listed above. Can someone please help me out.
