Processer Damage - Hp Envy X360 14

My Heart Has Beating Because My Laptop Broke Because Of A Carpet So I thought it was ok but i noticed that it was wood so my screen got damaged and it said no sign It Mean that the processcer so i took it to the shop but they sayed we can not find what is going on so i called Microsoft and they said It means it can never be fixed and the processer is damaged so dont touch it or you get shocked but someone fixed it but they can not fix the screen so my touchscreen did not work for now 1 year i felt like my laptop is in prison.Best Regards Muhammad Ibrahim Khan Lodhi Thank You @Windows
