Process Explorer - Sysinternals page has incorrect link

I'm attempting to use Process Explorer to discover why a Windows 11 PC response at times can be measured in minutes. After opening Process Explorer I pressed the F1 key for help. This took me to Process Explorer - Sysinternals. This looks like it might be helpful for a novice user which I admit it me.
