Problems with windows PIN setup

Hello, I have just bought a new Geekcom, mini air pc, I am trying to log into my Microsoft account. But now I have to create a PIN. So when I press next button to creat one so the gif turns continuously, as if it is busy then stops. No way forward or back?Hope someone can help.Thanks in advance.Ps I am not too technically minded 😳
