Problems with starting bootcamp windows

Problem Summary: I was using windows on bootcamp when i encountered a persistent issue with my computer. Upon startup, the system entered into a loop displaying "Diagnosing your PC" "Applying Fixes". After attempting various troubleshooting methods such as Safe Mode, Startup Repair, and Command prompt, none were successful. Safe mode resulted in a BSOD. Additionally, after attempting to reset my PC using both cloud download and local reinstall, I encountered errors such as, "Undoing changes" and "There was a problem resetting your PC".
