problems with microsoft apps

Hi, I'm Julian.For some unfortunate reason, one day, Paint decided to stop working entirely. Every time I tried to open it, whether it be with administrator, or through Task Manager, it just didn't open. It kept giving me the same error code, which I could definitely use right now, but as of what I remember, it gave me absolutely no information. Today, I decided to reset it using the Apps menu in Settings. Still, every reset was useless. I then uninstalled it to then reinstall it from the Microsoft Store.
