Problems with making recovery drive

I want to do a recovery drive. The manuals write that I need a 32GB USB drive. But the "Create recovery drive" wizzard, with the option "save system files", asks only for a 16GB USB stick. The problem can not be with the USB stick, because the wizzard asks for the 16GB stick BEFORE inserting any stick.This problem exist on both my windows 10 and windows 11 computers.On both computers the system disk has more than 100GB free space.The system file check (sfc /scannow) shouws no errors.I am afraid that the 16 GB recovery drive will not halp me when I will need it.
