Problems with Installing and Updating .NET Framework 4.8.1

Brief description of the problem:I receive an error message when attempting to run a program that requires .NET Framework 4.8.1 (Plarium Play). The program prompts me to install .NET Framework 4.8.1, but when I try to install it, an issue arises, and the system reports that the version is already installed. I checked Programs and Features, and .NET Framework 4.8.1 is not listed. In the registry, I only found .NET Framework 4.0, with no mention of .NET Framework 4.8.1.
