Problems with graphic driver

Hey,SPECS:Ryzen 7 7800X3DNvidia GeForce RTX 4070ti SUPER64GB DDR5 RAM2Tb SSDAM5 B650 Mobo240hz monitor set to 144hz since my gameplays been not smooth.So I have a high end pc and been experiencing stuttering and such. I have tried tons and tons of troubleshooting but nothing fixes it.So I went to try DDU (driver uninstaller) and when i booted into safe mode my screen was blue and I had to contact NZXT to help me fix that.
