Problems with display

Hello,I have an issue with the scaling and the display resolution in my laptop, Windows 11 has set those to recommended, although my laptop has a 16 Inches screen size! This wasn't always the case since it only happened after I called the manufacturer's support (Lenovo) that had to help me fix another issue (black screen).Please help, the support engineer advised me to format my device, which I don't like since I believe that it can be sorted using other methods that the agent may have not considered.Thank you in advance!
