Problems with creating a partition from a fully formatted drive

Hi, I was trying to create a partition after full formatting my drive using Diskpart (clean all). Suddenly, the laptop shut down and I have to use CMD in my bootable Windows 11 Setup. I tried using Diskpart again but now I don't see my drive because it's unallocated. The Windows Setup didn't show up the unallocated drive either (maybe because I full formatted the drive). I need to create a new partition myself to install Windows, but no method worked.What should I do to create a partition within a full formatted drive?
