Problems with any sign in option for windows on my new pc.

Hello,I've recently built a new pc but i carried over my old m.2 with windows installed so i didnt have to redownload it and get all of my details back. Everything worked fine and my pc runs as expected other than constantly getting errors with windows hello. If I try to set up it just says something went wrong. I also cannot sign in to any microsoft apps such as the xbox app. Other things happen such as me not having certain admin controls and a pop up everytime i boot telling me to sign in for microsoft family (I never set this up on my old pc). There's probably a few other things but I cant
