Problems with 24H2 Updates - MUST Run Programs as Administrator to Start!

I have had 2 different updates of 24H2 now in the last few weeks -- and after both of them, I must choose "Run as Administrator" with most (not all) of my programs to get them to start.WHY is this happening? This seems like a really dumb thing to have happen TWICE now with updates. I'd say this is happening with about 70-80% of my programs and it is REALLY annoying. It even affects Microsoft Office Professional Plus 2021 programs; I have to keep repairing them.This problem seemed to just recently have straighten itself out in the last day or two, when I got another 24H2 update this morning and
