Problems while installing windows 11 on GPT UEFI

The issue is that I can't boot with uefi on my USB with the win install, used rufus with gpt no csm configuration, also tried with windows install tool that downloads the iso and burns it into the USB, it will never work, always tells me that there was an I/O error and 0xc00000e9 error, gives me multiple options and if I try to select F9 I think that it is the recovery settings, it gives me an 98 or 90 ending error like the above one that it couldn't find bcd, the only option that I found for installing win11 was bypassing with rufus the tpm and secure boot requeriment, installing it on MBR on
