problems after microsoft techician reinstalled windows 11

under wifi autoconnect was checked for neighbors auto connect. Microsoft technician advised to reinstall windows 11 via there site. now I have an old version of win11 and the new version. it did not fix the problem but created new ones. one of them is that the battery icon on the taskbar shows only randomly and when it shows it does not show proper charge when charging. other random login issues. I want my old Win 11 back
