I have two major problems with my recently bought computer (2 months old):
At the beginning my computer worked fine, but after a couple of weeks the following problems have occurred (the PC came with Windows 10):
1. My computer frequently doesn't find any WiFi connections even though they are there (checked with other computers/phones). Sometimes my Qualcomm Atheros AR956x Wireless Network adapter just does not show. The only network adapters shown are two Bluetooth Devices and a Realtek Family Controller. The first time I followed an online guide and uninstalled the Qualcomm Wireless Network Adapter. I searched for hardware changes, but the Wireless Network adapter was gone. I did a recovery to a point in time several weeks prior and the Network Adapter appeared again. Internet was working thereafter for some minutes/hours. However, my computer randomly started freezing entirely. Then when using the PC the next time it didn't work again. Every now and then after turning on the computer the computer did not have problems finding a WiFi connection. But after just a couple of minutes, internet connection broke down and no WIFI connections could be found anymore. My PC kept randomly freezing .
I then used the guide on: http://www.drivethelife.com/windows-10/fix-no-wifi-available-after-windows-10-update.html:
I typed in: Reg delete HKCR\CLSID\{988248f3-a1ad-49bf-9170-676cbbc36ba3} /va /f
and subsequently: netcfg -v -u dni_dne
in the administration command prompt. However, it said something like that what I was referring to in these lines didn't exist. So it seemed to not have worked. When I restarted the computer, WiFi was available for a short period of time. Then my Pc frooze and after a restart it did not find Wifi connections again.
Next I uninstalled both Bluetooth Devices. This fixed the problem instantly. A couple of days later, though, again, no network adapters could be found and the Wireless Network Adapter randomly disappeared. Since then I have been trying to deactivate and activate the Bluetooth Devices and Realtek Family Controller. Internet has since only worked for minutes, if at all, before no WiFi connections could be found anymore.
Troubleshooting showed that there is a problem with the wifi network adapter. When using the troubleshooter for the first time. It fixed the problem. But after a restart: No wifi connections found. Since then nothing has seemed to help to fix the problem.
After that I could only connect to the internet via an ethernet cable.
2.
My computer freezes randomly. Most of the times it freezes within 10-15 minutes after starting it. No idea why. But may be connected to the
I really would like to use the new computer but it seems to be impossible.
Can you please help me?
I appreciate any help!!!
