Problem with Windows 11 upgrade

I updated my laptop to Windows 11 and now it has me locked out.It's asking for a Bitlocker that I don't have, I signed into my account through my phone and it says that I don't have a Bitlocker key set up.It also won't let me use any of the alternate options that it's giving me to fix the problems. I can't uninstall, can't reset computer, etc.Anyone else had this problem?
