Problem with Windows 11 Pro reactivation

I purchased a PC with Windows 11 Home (I understand "tethered/registered" to the MOBO?).Eventually I purchased an upgrade to PRO to be able to encrypt drives.All WAS working fine.I have changed no hardware, but since a Windows update I now have the ACTIVATE WINDOWS problem.In the setting it says something prevented us from communicating with activation servers pls wait a few mins and try again ERROR 0x803F700F.It has been days now.If I click troubleshoot it says:We found a Windows 11 Home digital license for this device (what I meant when I said tethered to the MOBO) running Windows 11 Pro.
