Problem with sync on Microsoft teams and Outlook

Hello,I have a problem with Microsoft application. On one of the company's accounts we have problem with sync. On Teams doesn't get messages and can't send them(empty circle). Sometimes restart works but not always. On Outlook the messagebox doesn't sync and the same on calendar. Restart does not provide any opportunities. Problem occurs on desktop app and web version. Someone had a similar case?
