problem with slow web page loading and third parts apps all browsers

For the last two days I've been having a problem with slow web browsers (Edge, Chrome, Firefox) loading and when I click on bookmarks I get the same problem e.g. AOL mail, MSNBC, WTOP, etc. It varies during the day. I've checked with FIOS and there is no problem with internet service. I've rebooted the router several times. I've disabled various extensions in the browsers with little effect. I changed adblockers with some limited effect. I've been using Ublock Origin for several years with no issue latest version 1.62. I changed to Adblocker Ultimate and or Adguard with some limited improvemen
