Hello,I have a desktop running Windows 10 and I'm getting ready to sell it. I chose to delete all files from all drives and toggled "clean data" on. At one point in the reset process, I saw a confirmation screen. I forget exactly what it said now but I said yes/confirmed (instead of saying no/hitting Escape).Now, when I turn on the computer, I'm prompted to log into my account. It says that my PIN has been disabled because of a change in security settings. When I enter my password, it gives me an error message and returns me to the login screen. There's no way to sign in to a different user.I
