Problem with PIN to Taskbar

Hi,I really wanna type nasty swear words here but MS in addressing problems would rather just ban me and ignore anything negative about windows and they're wonderful new things they force us to do because they know best ! So lets be sweet and nice and sugar and spice .......I want to take one of them icon thingys and move it down the that task bar thingy ..... pretty exotic thing to try huh ? YEA NO !!!
