Problem with new app email (outlook) windows

I have some problems with the new windows email application, since the previous application deleted it and left the new one in windows 11 24H2, unfortunately the new mail application does not reach me email notifications and I did many tests, but nothing and I saw the issue of energy saving and active notifications, proactively I don't get in the bar or sounds, absolutely nothing, instead I installed BlueMail and I get the emails immediately with notifications
