problem with my speaker and it is showing cross on speaker on task bar and it is saying no output device found.

i don't have a Audio input and output and Sound, video and game controller option in my device manager. they are only show up only when i connected to my Bluetooth.i tried different ways to solve. but I can't figure it out. is there any to help me with my problem?this is before connecting with the BluetoothThis is after connecting with the bluetooth
